Our Association is governed by the Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions documented with the Dakota County Recorder of Deeds and by Restated By-Laws. All prospective homeowners should be made aware of our Association

Annual HomeOwner Dues for 2025: Will be $115 for the new year, payable in May 2026. Dues may be increased 3% annualy.
